PSSPF pathetic Service
Goodday We have been trying to get our provident fund payout fron Psspf for over an year now. Still we do not get any joy as when we contact them our airtime is wasted by holding on forever. We have been sending emails and whatsapps to the fund and i must declare that they are the most poorest organisation in getting a service from. Quick to take your monthly cv ontribution money but when you request payout fron the Exits department their service is pathetic.

We still have not received any reply or call from this company.
I need answers as its been longer than a year we are awaiting our Provident withdrawal payout.
Contacting them is a waste of time and money as they keep you holding on for ever and then cut the call. They do not respond to emails and whatsapps and it makes me wonder if they are forvreal giving such bad service.
