PSSPF NOT WILLING TO RESPOND TO ME

I submitted my documents via their online with drawing on 19 06/2021 I've handed in my documents at the Johannesburg office 31/08/2021 I send an email to update my banking details. They don't know how to respond on emails today I've tried to call them but the call can't be connected. I've been waiting 4months for my provident fund to pay out and still received nothing what's the use of having all the information and they just don't care cause they are still receiving a salary.
