PSSPF not caring about their contributors

I resigned in Dec 2021.I got my benefit claim form from the company I worked for and app**** for my provident fund in Jan 2022.I have completed all the forms needed and have been sending them mails on a weekly basis enquiring about my pay out without any success.PSSPF dont even have the decensy to reply to my mails.Even phoning them has been unsuccesfull as they just put you on hold or transfer you from one person to another without anyone really knowing how the process is supposed to work.I went to CCMA and they promised to inform CCMA about my claim but did not fulfill their promise.
