Psspf is helping poor service and poor communication

I have submitted my exit application forms psspf last year December 2023. I received a phone call from one of salt consultant to confirm of receiving my documents I was advised to use my bank account wish I use to receive pay we have agreement to the bank account since then nothing till last week after I sent a review to hello Peter I received call they told my forms are not correct I corrected my mistake and received them to salt. I received a call about bank details I have submitted my bank account again last they promised me that within 3 working days I will receive money yesterday I received phone call again about my bank account. Help me hello Peter salt is not serious about us security
