PSSPF failing to pay out.

My name is Kelvin based in Midrand and im a security officer by profession. On 8 January 2021 i app**** for my provident fund @ PSSPF Midrand brunch and submitted all relevant supporting documents eg. Claims forms from my last employee, sadly due to the Pandemic, waiting period takes 6 to 8 weeks to pay out and if by than i havent recieved my pay out i should make follow up after 15 days. I did exactly that and made follow up in person at Saltab (Midrand) but i was told that the payment will be made after 10 working days, i did follow up again and ive been givenfauls information by them that the person incharge of payout didn't press the green button bluh!!! Bluh!!! Bluh!!.

Im currently unemployed, i got bills to pay and ive got two kids and my wife just gave birth to my last daughter on 5 May 21 so i was wondering if Hellopeter may kindly help me resolve my issue with this company because its 7 May already and still not paid yet.
