PSSPF dont won't to pay my provident fund

It's now more than 5 months since I submitted my claim form for my pension to be paid up. Each time I phone them, they keep on telling me that the administrators are still busy with my claim and I must check with after 10 working days. When I check after those 10 working days, they keep on telling same story. I sent an email to *** more than a month ago wanting to know why they are not paying me but up to now they never rep**** to my email. How do they expect me survive. They are quickly to take my contributions but when it's time to pay me back they can't even pay back or even to communicate with me the reason as to why they are not paying me. I think there is something fishy with this company, their help desk can't even help they keep on saying that there is nothing they can do to assist me and yet they are sitting there with my money
