I lost my job year 2021 and I submit my documents for them to release my money but I didn't get money because the process it taking too long but the preach that process is only 6 weeks but you wait more than that like the still making an order from abroad. I end up getting 11 months contract job , when ask about what going on with money, they response was your working now we can't give you money. Okay, you can't give me my money? What going to happen? They said they going to transfer money to the current employer and I will get money when I lose the current job. Now the contract ended 25June 2023 then I submitted all documents. I am still waiting for money even now. When I call them the answer is " we are still transferring the money for your previous employer. Transfer takes 1year , even now they still transferring money. I don't know it how we supposed to suffer to get our money?
