Pssf takes clients for granted

Does this company even care about clirnt satisfaction? I sent a claim request in January for my son's school transport. I have still not received any money. Instead I was told that I had to send a new claim, after being on this same platform. Nobody was bothered by informing me of the new claim. If I can not have anything that ties me to this company I would very much be grateful It I always the same stress. And I do not want to hear that you are having a backlog again, you cannot be having backlogs every year, all year.
