Pssf must fall

Please help I have claimed last year and they keep telling me they are under investigation then they tell me my ex company is under investigation then they lost my documents then I had to redo documents due to wrong dates when they finally had what the needed they told me they can say much but my ex company and them are under investigation please help I have no job 3 children and a wife
