PSSF Fund

Im struggle since 30 May 2019 to get an answer when my provident fund will pay out. It has been said that my claim was exculated to the pay department on 16 June 2019. If I do a follow up since then all that is said to me, phone again in 10 days if you did not recieve an sms. Anyone that also struggle?
