Pssbf doesn't care about its members and beneficiaries.

Getting a claim resolved with pssbf is such a mission. My son is a beneficiary and the funds are supposed to help ease the education financial burdens but trust me pssbf makes sure that they always delay with payouts. I have sent an email at the beginning of January this year and I have not received anything to this day. I have not even hah any communication regarding my claim. I know i will be told that the matter will be investigated, do i have to use money from my own pocket again this month to pay the transport driver as I had put in a claim which has not been finalized? This is really annoying.
