Provident fund..balance

I worked for CL security services for 5 years as s security officer this company are based in montclairdurban i get fired in 2018 and went to PSSPF with my document to claim my provident fund i received the funds of R15000 only ilodge complain on scorpion because i was not happy with what i received has i was fully employed the outcome for this was that my employer(Cl security ) not submitted the money on psspf until now 2020 they is no money received by both parties its challenging to me because i dont know what i must do as i did all things but no positive outcome...
