Provident Fund money from private security sector Provident Fund

My name is namadzavho mukwevho i worked with indico risk services is the security company from 2011untill november 2018 .My money for Provident Fund was been deducted by the private security sector Provident Fund so when i claim my money they are always telling me the stories, sometimes they dont answer my phone calls.I put my claim since 21-01-2019 is about seven months waiting. They are always telling me that there admin team are busy with the metter i must call after ten days i have to call back, When i call them back they still telling me the same story or they dont answer my phone. I tryed to ask them how long should i wait someone told me that i can wait for ever. The last person i spoke to was dimpho she said she will talk to the superviser she will call me last week thursday but i did'nt get any call or my money from them. Please help me to get my money from them becouse is like it will take a year.
