provident fund money

i am dineo vehshcca , i would like to log a complaint my forms were submitted for a provident fund but there's nothing as yet ...i was told about a waiting period of 2 months ..

i tried to make a follow up several times and your call centre agents will place me on hold and the line will cut off ,i remember speaking to tshepo i was on-hold until the call cut off

just want to check how does this company operate

am awaiting for response

before i put dirt on the company name
