Provident fund and death benefits payout, not paid since 2014

Greetings, i would like to share my very discomfort journey with this company ever since I have been communicating with them since 2018, but the claim for my late husband death benefit was logged with them in 2014, they have it in their records but to date we have not been paid a sent, I Lost my husband through accident in 2013, whilst at work in that morning, I was sent to pillar to post by ABSA in 2014 until I took a break as I was still grieving then and also was diagnosed of depression then, again in 2018 I wanted to resume it but then I will be moved to the next person different to the one assisting before, until in 2022 again I tried and then was told what to submit to them, last year December sent all that was required, but till today there is no response from the 2 people I was communicating with, if I call I am told of that actuaries are busy with it, as of it is the only answer they have rehe****d, ALL I want is to be paid what is due to provident fund and death benefits that they owe us. thanks.
