Provident fund

Worse service ever i have been calling momentum since last year October with regards to my provident fund till today I haven't received it. I keep on getting different response whenever I call them. Today I called them and spoke to a lady called Lerato she keeps on putting me on hold while chewing gum, she couldn't give me answer i can say she was not willing to help i even requested her to transfer me to someone who can be helpful and she transferred me to Roxanne who was trying to help but I ran out of airtime. When I call them again it doesn't go through. I'm tired and frustrated coz I'm not getting any help from momentum
