profident fund ******* !!

What a bunch of *******!!! I submitted my claims form last year allready. Everytime they have a new story as to why they can not pay my funds out. Now they say because I am working for a company in the security I cannot get my funds. I need the money for things I planned to do, now they have stories ???? It is my money, so why am I not allowed to get my money ????????
