Private Security Sector Profident Fund

This company has a very very poor service, since I made a claim about four Months ago till today I'm still not paid, after each and every 10 working days I call them and I'm still told "the claim is still in progress and the money is with the Administrators", yet they don't even bother calling me back, the service of this company is very poor and I'm so disappointed in them, not happy at all !!!
