Private security profident fund

Hello i was working for this security company called enforce security im 2010 and i left the company in 2011 when i left the company handed over my papers to private security companies profident fund to release my profident fund money and in 2016 when trying to claim my profident fund money the ppsf told me that my money was witthdrawen and when i check the details of the person the money was sent to they dont crospond with my details then i tried to ask them when are they going to pay back my money they told me there still invistigating the case since 2016 till now there is no feedback and ild like you to help me with this case
