Poor service and take us for granted

This people are useless it's struggle to get your money when you claim my employer send claim to provident fund on the 20th November 2023 and I've checked online the past two week I was told that they received claim I can check again after 7 to 14 days and today when I check they tell me that the is no claim under my name and how's that possible Salt employee I logged out and in again check again and they say they received claim I should check again after 7 to 14 days and if you asked them the status of your cliam they don't say it's easy for them to take money and security companies as well they are working together to use our hard earned money for their own benefits it's so hard for them to answer their phone when you call
