Poor service and *********** call centre

<p>I submitted my documentation at the begining of September 2016 i contacted the call centre and they confimed that they received the documentation and that it was correct they told me that they will pay out in 6 to 8 week i called them after 8 weeks and was told that it will be paid in two weeks again i waited and again nothing i phoned them begining December and was tod to wait for a sms or phone call however they did confirm that my claim was at the pay out department it is now January 2017 and still no call no sms this is the worst service ever </p>
