Poor claim. And full of excuses

I have a problem with my claim what i didnt received. I called the call centre and they stated that the money was released on the 7th January but nothing in my account. After number of calls they stated that the money bounced back to there account now everytime I call them they have a new excuse and stated i must wait 10 working days after the 10 working days they say i must still wait. Very upset with their service and excuses. If i can inform everyone stay away from this so called psspf
