Pathetic Service!!!!

The services of PSSPF are the worst I've ever received. If I could score them a -100, I would. I've been waiting for a claim to be paid out, I submitted it in July 2023 already! Every time I call to follow up, I get the same answer. It has been escalated and I have to wait 14 days. That is since last year! Absolute bad service!
