Painful experience with PSSPF

Hi, I had two unclaimed provident fund benefits &I was told to only claim for one at a time,yet when I claimed for the second unclaimed benefits, I did not receive any response form the PSSPF fund,until today.Even my first unclaimed provident fund benefits did not give me the proper outpayment which I'm suppose to receive.I did querry this unfairness to the Fund, yet did I not get any feedback from them,for 2 months already now.I urgently need assistance in this regard please, thanks in advance.
