Not paying out my claim

If there was less than 1 star that's what I would give this company. Right now I am so annoyed, this company is delaying with my money and I just spoke to a consultant that told me I processed my claim on the 19th of September when we sent the email on the 2nd of September and I have a proof on my emails. They keep on telling me that they will pay in 10 working days but nothing. It's been 4 months now since I claimed and no one is helping me. No one is escalating my query.
