No Response on Queries regarding Pay Out

My boyfriend is getting zero feedback in regards to his payout from PSSPF. No numbers work for calls, and the info e-mail only sends automated responses. He received a message on 2 October that his claim was submitted for processing of full payment, yet nothing has happened since then. Please, can someone help?
