Just a sort ************** off what happend.. I left my work and need to claim provident fund from the my former company. I'm over 10years on my ****en name all my documents is correct.. but due to my surname that is still on my x-husbands surname at Psspf I can't claim my provident fund... And to top that I was informed to get legal advice due to that although I'm divorced from him over 10 years he must get half of my money.. I went twice to the office with all my documents to show I am how I am.. even a birth certificate .. thy said they will phone me back later that day..it's 2weeks later, you can phone the landline they don't pick up.. so I phone the cell phone nr . The lady provide me with a 0861 nr.. that nr is not in use... But she don't want to help u she assist you need to phone the other nr.. I tried to phone them 40 times on a 011 nr that is at ext 100 that never been picked up.. 2 people that left with me hasbeen paid out...and all I do is listen to a phone that's never going to be picked up.
