No payment ongoing 8 months now.

Still waiting for my claim, 8 months later. As per their consultants, they kept on "escalating" my pay out when I talk to them. Now I've been blocked on their site to chat to the consultants. So my theory is the money has been ****** and im blocked from contacting them. I need answers but they never reply on any emails nor phone calls. It's always uhm and ah, no direct answers.
