No assistance at all for NINE months.

Right so for the past NINE months I have been trying to get a statement from this Institution. Email after email, goes unanswered. Is it that difficult to just answer a email, and to just explain the process to me. Worst of all is I tried endlessly to register on the website,but the CAPture link doesn't work, which means I can't register. I am at the end of my patience . Can someone from the PSSPF please just get back to me. I am seriously considering contacting a news paper,
