My sister passed away 2021 I do claim and send all documents they want but still no payment

My big sister passed away 2021 October I do claim they ask me some documents I do send that document but no payment since I do follow up but nothing , those people don't call for follow up or even SMS I do requested them to communicate or send email if there is something they want but nothing🙄 I have to call them and am staying with one of my late sister two stay with my mom you people you are not fair how do you do this from people who are suffering am suffering here with my sister's child but nodzula na tshelede ya mme awe 😭😭😭 its very painful my mom also suffering with those two kids how do u feel about this situation I send all documents but still no money if you guys don't want to pay us just tell us here in public ndo neta😭😭😭 because we are suffering while you are sitting with my late sister her children are suffering 😭😭😭 I want to send her first born to driving school but I can't do that without money its painful 😭😭😭
