Inquiry for Provident Fund

I have a complaint about my Provident fund when I check my claim status money was completed on 18 September 2023 but till today I never received any cent I called them several times and they keep telling me that they are waiting for second authorization. On 23 0ctober, I visited their office in Ghandi Square. They told me to wait for authorization until today, but nothing happened. Can you please help me
