Incompetence at it's best

<p>We've registered for Provident fund August 2016, we have been paying since then using the reference given to us by a psspf employee. January 2017 we haven't received the certificate. I have sent so many emails but no one responds to the emails. I've called so many times but no one is interested in helping. This is so disappointing, all we want to do is comply and look out for our employees.</p>
