I am confused

I was working fir Thorburn security solutions my contract was terminated on ill health conditions on 31 july 2019 until today i haven't being paid what is due to despite numerous calls calling this campany everytime i call them they keep on telling me that they are waiting for the resolution its a year and some month's still waiting but nothing is happening
