How long must i wait to be paid

Good day all

Please advise when will i get paid because since i get fired by g4s on 26.07.2017 and send all required document i haven't received a cent. I have phone you several times to inquire if you got papers and you said yes but its been over 8 weeks now i am still waiting for my contribution and company contribution..Please assist
