False promises!!!!

Send all my documents in, try getting thro to call center but keep getting cut off. They said it takes 6weeks for my withdrawal to pay out but im still waiting.. i paid my contribution on time every month.. WHY MUST I NOW WAIT SO LONG TO GET MY MONEY BAC****???
