I've been receiving useless service from this company. 10 weeks back I submitted personally my documents at Psspf offices in Cape town and the guys was helping said it will take 4-6 to receive my Provident fund, after 6 weeks I check my status on their WhatsApp line in said I have no records on their system. I called their office of salt employee benefits they told me my documents where not submitted I should submit their via email and I did. Few weeks back I checked still no documents where active, send email spoke to Yvonne Mpembe said they will capture my documents,last week I called to check and they said my documents are not on record. I've been sending them emails,WhatsApp tex and phone calls nothing is happening and it's been more than 10 weeks now waiting for thier response regarding my Provident fund.
