Complaint

Pathetic service: the way you treat members of the scheme when they claim, their consultants makes u feel like you are begging and you dont matter. The callcenter number is absolutely hell,its either you stay online till u have no airtym and try again the next day same story. Consider yourself lucky if they answer even if they do answer there is no help but a hole bunch of lies. Its been 4 months that my claim was submitted and was never attended to till december 2021 guess what i still need to wait 12 more weeks for a payout thas if they will pay at all . I have always been with Alexander forbes and never experienced any of this i have waisted more money on phone calls than i ever did in my life only to speak to consultants who dont know whats what only giving empty and false promises. As it is i am here sitting with no hope for my provident fund payout. Someone anyone please assist. A hole lot of people are in this situation the (Durban) commercial rd branch to be specific.
