Complaining about poor service and poor communication

I have submitted my exit application forms in December 2023 I received a call on 21 January 2023 to to confirm my bank account the agent who was Halpin to with seven day I will receive money since then nothing I tried to call the number no answer we also whatsapp to communicate they told within 14 working and my documents have been successfully received waiting for authorization since then nothing please help Me F Jele
