Claiming forms company not spring the last page

Very poor when it comes to assist you with the claiming form process. I have been calling them since (08 September 2024). They don't reply you call they are take forever non customer service. All the platform they say it's working non whatsoever. You can write a complain they won't even look into it. They can just tell you Oooh please log a complain on one of the nearest walk ins. As if they will look onto that matter. Their consultant are very much clueless based on their work. As if they are reading a script for their job. Very less knowledgeable it's always referred code is the company this and that. They should do away with the last page of company stamp and destinations. They have my details on the system they just oppressing us with that stamp of the company. They take security guards as fools not educated. Why can't just pay. They run a triple m schemes on us.
