BEEN WAITING 8 MONTHS FOR MY PROVIDENT MONEY

I have been waiting for 8 months now for this company to pay my Provident Fund money to my account. My first call to the call center was in September 2015<br> They told me at the time that it would take about 6 to 8 weeks then I will have my money in my account. I have been waiting for 8 months now and have made more than 10 phone calls already (confirmed to me by call centre agent, Bongani) and I have re-submitted my ID copy and Banking confirmation to them more than 11 times (all of which I have proof). Eventually on 04/04/2016 Ntombi Mhkolofo (first agent to give me good service) confirmed that she had submitted my details to the claims department. It's been a week now and I still haven't heard anything from them and when i phoned again today, they were once again unable to assist me.<br> <br> Do I not deserve my money that I ever so loyally paid every month? Is this how they treat all of their members? When will I be getting some REAL assistance in this case?<br> <br> I would not refer to this as good service or a respected company at all.<br>
