ive started my process in January 2021 first they inform me it will not take long, every month they will inform me its at the administrative office for process , when you phone again they will say my surname not correct ive send a mail on 11 May 2021 with id and bankstatement still waiting. This morning they inform me again its my surname and everytime its a new consultant helping you. They will inform me wait for 10 days and im waiting from January till today. Still waiting
