i submitted all documents to them only response i got is a sms saying your benefit claim form has been received and is being assessed you will be contacted for any outstanding requirements salt employee benefits this was on 14 April sinse then if you message them nothing if you try to chat with them they close your message way before you can even talk to someone cant phone them they dont pick up
