Bad communication and payout time is pathetic

I speak to the consultants on their whatsapp page explaining to them that it has been more than 6 weeks of working days already for my provident fund payout according to their website and yet they fool around and cut me off the whole time.If you guys get my message please contact me on *** because your service is really bad
