Angry with your service

This company and Salt employee benefits are not taking their clients serious, I have been emailing,calling, connecting on their social media pages but I get no response and big lack of communication. It's been more than 3 months I've app**** for Provident fund, they have been stalling me with my money. Send lots of email resending my document they need to get the money, but still to this day I haven't got any feedback and worse my money. Their services is really annoying in all departments.
