2 months for feedback

<p>I am discusted by the service of Psspf</p> <p>on 10-02-2017 i have sent an eamil requesting a statment of my funds as my funds are being payed out , since the 10 Feb 2017 i have sent them almost 9 emails and called them about 20 times , still i have not recived any form of statment or a date for when the money will be payed out into my account</p> <p>the call center asked me for 3 months bank statment and ID Coppy witch was sent to them within hours</p> <p> </p> <p>almost 2 months later i still havn`t received anything , when i call the JHB NR IT JUST RINGS , WHEN i call the call center they keep on saying thje same thing</p> <p> </p> <p>please help me to get my mony from these pple</p> <p> </p>
