Unpaid claim

Its been over three months I've app**** online waiting on my benefits but still up today nothing has changed. When calling a call center the let you wait on the que for long and and when it's time to speak to them they hang up the phone after money wasted wait. Last month I went and apply in person since my application online was unattended. Still up no luck of funds on my account. I've sent emails still no response.
