Sanlam handled my Samancor provident fund

I was retrenched on the 18 of May till today I haven't received my Provident fund .I called and emailed Sanlam they told me to wait for 4 to 6 weeks cos my claim is been processed .They said my claim was send to SARS for tax directive a month ago when I call I get different story .I really need help I have no source of income
