Refusal of paying me my providend fund

I have app**** for my provident fund last year April 2015, I was instructed to submit bank statement, I submitted it and they confirmed receipt of it, again when I call to make the follow up I was told again that I must submit another bank statement because the previous one has already elapsed, I submitted it, I made another follow up after submitting the second one, again I was told to submit another bank statement, now it gets to me I feel like I am being fooled and it seems like there is nothing else I will ever get from them, their way of getting rid of me is to tell me about submitting bank statement time and again. I called them again on January this year I was informed that the pay-out will take only take place on the first week of February, on the 10th of February I made another follow up some guy who answered the phone told me they are still waiting for the tax clearance certificate from SARS, these stories that they keep giving me are not helping me. please assist me I am really tired of calling and calling and get nothing.
