Provident Fund

Hi I went to Provident fund in 2021 to claim since my mother passed and they were suppose to pay for the funeral, when I got there I submitted all the documents they needed but instead of paying what my mother was paying for they made excuses and, reduced the money saying my mother did not go to work for the few weeks before she died so she no longer qualifies for that payout instead they will give me her uif only which was 14000 and we never got that also. Please assist.
