From 2018 they've been saying the same thing they are waiting for a letter, at first the family was told it will take a maximum of two years to process the payments to the beneficiaries, and till today when you call it's either they say it should have been paid by now or they are waiting for a letter to be signed by a manager, I doubt it takes over four years to get a signature.
